Free shipping on orders over $99
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. Everyday we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times.
Shipping time:
- All australian orders takes between 2 to 12 days to arrive at their destination. Some particular products might take up to 20 days to arrive due to high demand.
- Any other international delivery usually takes about 10 – 15 business days.
Also note: We may ship orders with multiple products separately to ensure you get your products as soon as possible.
Please, *Note that we may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged product before shipping the replacement.
Important Remarks
- Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are given for items lost while shipping.
- Replacements are sent up to 7 days after receiving your item.

Tracking your order:
To track your order, we will send you all the tracking information to your e-mail.
Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.
