All deliveries within Australia have an estimated time of 3-10 working days.
Orders placed or delivered within Australia are subject to GST.
Opa Designs uses the services of Australia Post. All orders are registered through Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided.
All goods must be signed for. Once you, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signs for receipt of the product then risk and title in the product will pass to you. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, the product will be returned to the nearest post office and should be collected by you. Australia Post may attempt further delivery of the product to you, however, if unsuccessful Australia post will return the parcel to us and then we will charge you for resending the parcel to you again.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Opa Designs delivers to most destinations around the world.
Opa Designs uses the services of Australia Post Airmail and Fedex international.
Some shipments depending on what country may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Postal or courier charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will be the responsiblity of the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
All prices listed are in Australian dollars(AUD).
RETURNS
If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process:
You must notify Opa Designs by email (sales@opadesigns.com.au) within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 7 days after such notification.
- For change of mind or dislike of the product we only offer credit note or replacement and the return postage will be paid for by you and the replacement postage will also be paid by you. NOTE: We do not offer Refund, we only offer REFUND or REPLACEMENT of product if product is faulty due to a manufacturing default.
- You must provide a “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice, receipt or bank statement.

- WARRANTY - we offer 6 months warranty on all products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not include tarnishing, general wear and tear, chain breakage, neglect, and the loss of an item. The warranty is voided if the jewellery has been altered or modified, damaged by accident, and discoloured that was caused by scratches and foreign substances.
- Each piece will be inspected and will be at the discretion of the opa representative to offer a solution if there is one.
On International returns you must mark “Return of Goods” on the courier company’s consignment so that the products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
You must return the product in its original condition and packaged appropriately.
You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the product and any cost of the shipment of the product.
Upon receipt of the product Opa designs will refund to you the purchase price for the product, less any shipping costs.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card, afterpay or paypal that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the product.
All products come with protective pouches or boxes during transit.
